Make people with high survivability rates finish easy adventures faster

Some people are very strong and their minimum survivability rate in adventures is over 100 and you don't really gain anything if you get better items when your minimum is already over 100%
Describe the solution you'd like
For every percent the minimum survivability rate is over 100%, it should decrease adventure time by 0.2%. It seems minimal at first, but, imagine doing $a 1 with time booster, luck booster and a maxed out adventure building, it would also make adventure buildings seem much more appealing as it would be the xp grinding method, and everyone will be waging war to get their hands on an adventure building to get a nice xp boost. I'm exaggerating a little but the more "appealing" cities will be the more people will fight for it, which is why I've commented on another post before about Raid buildings giving xp to people who survive raids.
